Thank you! I actually did found slate super far away. Think I marked the position, but yea. It's been claystone and freaking granite for miles! It's almost winter, but maybe I can squeeze one more trip to find something. If not, seashells it is! Thank you for the help.

It's been two months of traveling the land. Haven't found any! I went north, south, east and west. It's crazy I can't find limestone. Is there a effective way to find it? Or is it just a lot of bad luck I am having? Keep in mind this is my first world. I feel like I am stuck. Probably should go look for tin at this point?
