i can't manage to actually make one in vintage story, i've tried both the rapidly flowing water and still water (both as source and non-source) but it still says that there are no suitable power source blocks nearby. Anything im doing wrong?

i saw a rubixraptor video and saw that he increased the lightning chance but i cannot find anywhere to edit that.
