worldconfig creatureSwimSpeed <value>

For future reference, simply type worldconfig to see all worldconfig settings
then type worldconfig <setting> to see its present value. Most of these require restarting

I wish this did work for all blocks. Ben trying to make a build using Rough clinker bricks, sadly, this block and several others are unchiselable for some reason.
