hey have the same problems with big lags every 30 seconds lasting 1 min (no fix). to the thing with the stuttering i found a fix which is setting your mouse polling rate to 1000hz or lower if possible due to java only using one core to render as well as the mouse usb inputs. fixed stutters for me but lags are still a big problem.
