i didnt restart after unboxing the mods, so they kept running, it is actually the expanded food mod ! disable, restart and handbook is back

checked without any mods, and created new world without any mods and no handbook. weird (1.7.3 stable)

same here, no handbook, playing with mods and updated to 1.7.3
