The Fentler

Game ran fine last update. Game chugs even on low when it rains on any medium to large body of water. I turned everything to low in sequence to see what was eating up my frames and I think its the little circles on the body of water where rain hits. I'm not sure how to turn those off. I have 32gb ram, intel ultra 9 2.5 ghz, rtx 4070.
