An idea is being able to craft a sort of hand held propeller engine using Jonas parts, then like other Jonas machinery, use a temporal gear to power the propeller for a set amount of time allowing easier travel at a heavier cost, as most story lined events are always far away from where you set up camp, even using the elk mount its quicker than walking but you get stuck in trees, stuck in caves etc. Just a suggestion I think could benefit most players dreading the long distance travel.
I got the idea from something like the picture below but for air travel working because of the temporal gear.
