Well, then my original request still stands, dying and then spawing 10k blocks away from previous spawn was not what I was looking for.
But generating a random, persistant, spawn for every player once, is.
Edit: I've grep'ed my way through the VS source to try and see how spawnRadius is used, and I can't seem to find any references other than the one used in the assembly information.
I had seen this, but I wasn't sure if it chose a new point every time you died, or if the one that got chosen on first spawn persisted for that particular player.
I was wondering if its possible to make a mod that randomizes every players spawn, so no-one spawns in the same place?
Maybe a configurable min/max random distance from default spawn would be nice.
