Are there any populated servers which allow players to create their own consequences? claim gives you all the protection you need imo.

Not looking for:
where you need to give consent to be killed,
1 million rules and restrictions on how you can attack some other faction or blabla.

I just want a nice non laggy server without some buggy combat mod, not a million mods, which has pvp on and allowed to kill each other over disagreements or whatever.

so does power equal to your claim capital (how much m2 you can claim?) or its some automatic influence that spreads or how that work

So if I understand correctly, if for example if I am peaceful player just wanna farm and chisel my cottage and not have my claim taken by force (which means I quit in VS probably) I have to pay some autogenerated tribute and my claims are safe and all will be fine? How are tributes calculated?

I dont know how minecraft factions works but it sounds interesting

So you can take even claimed land by declaring war and if they don't pay tribute and you ... win? how do you win? you take their land or how does it work?
