Based, MMT is the only real way to force players to participate in an economy IMO, but who is the fiat issuer? The admin? Also, there is a myth that markets pre-existed money and authority/credit and that's why we used commodities to barter/trade while this might be true if you traded in foreign markets that don't recognize your Rulers money. It's just not true withing a realm what kings says goes and it only went if the black market was illegal so taxes where necessary for it all to work.
