Evoken's post in Clouds disappear after every sleep was marked as the answer
I found out what was causing the disappearing clouds bug. It was days length = 96 min, where default is 48 min. Now I have to type /time calendarspeedmul 0.5 everytime before I go to bed to fix the bug, which is annoying too but a bit less than having to reload my save... ^^
If anyone know how to fix it entirely please let me know
