Happened to me also.  Removed dirt from below in case it was the snow and happened again.  Everything fine but the sails just disappeared.

I have version 1.15.5.  I logged out with 2 barrels on the floor in my home (one with 2L of limewater in it and one with a weak tanin solution and 2 medium hides in it (sealed)).

They both disappeared when I logged back in the next day.

I am running 0 mods (nothing).  Is there anything I can do?
