Need help with making a player model!

Fyi, I know the texture is bad its a WIP -
So I made a player model off the default seraph, but I am unsure of how to give it "skin parts", but I have a texture and a model. I just need help figuring EVERYTHING out, this is my first mod and im making it for myself but any help counts!
