Specific Keybind for placing and picking up rope ladders

If I want to pick up ladders without holding ctrl, which for me is sneak, so I have to stop myself from sliding down while trying to place or pick up vice/Versa. Ideally I want a keybind added for pick up rope ladder and one for place rope ladder -
I think a specific keybind for both picking up, and placing rope ladders would be a awesome and easy addition to the game!
