Vanilla world no mods, able to reliably duplicate any item. v 1.21.6 stable. holding 4 of any stackable item, and dragging with right click in the crafting menu at the right speed will duplicate the item once and sometimes twice if you can drag your cursor far enough. Video showcases bug with flax fibers but I was able to replicate this with other stackable items as well. EDIT* After logging in and out the extra items were deleted.
