I can't figure out how saddle breaking the partially tamed elk works. It says to saddle break for ~24 days but whenever I reload the world the number changes. I can saddle break the elk and the number goes down but I can't play for 24 in game days straight to tame it. I'm assuming it's not supposed to reset whenever I close the world but idk what to do. I've kept it fed but that doesn't seem to help and I'm running out of grain now. The lowest I managed to get it was 16 days left but it just reset again.
