  1. Dedicating an enormous amount of your inventory to hold armor just so you can outrun stealth bears and wolves is a terrible counterplay.
  2. Spaces after periods and commas, Veronica.
  3. The answer to bears is foodstep sounds, and all animals should have them.
  4. I agree it's realistic as you state, but I wouldn't want this because it'd adding an extra tedium that doesn't open up any interesting strategies or gameplay, and the forges already devour charcoal as it is. Maybe if charcoal consumption was slowed down.
  5. Yeah, it's one of those things that as a software engineer myself, i'd fall in the trap of making simply because i knew i could pull it off and make it clean. However, practically from a player standpoint, it's not worth it, because it just involves a lot of extra inventory management with little payoff. At the very least, when eating from a stack, the fractional portion should be the thing discarded when your inventory is full, not the entire stack of food items.
  6. Kind of tired of managing 0.1 portions of things. Or eating a slice of pie while exploring and then my character tosses out the entire stack in favor of the single bite of pie left over. I don't care about preserving food THAT baddly, let me just overeat please. I got a pantry that'll last me years. Or, expose something in the modding API so I can just make a mod that does this.
  7. This game needs footstep sounds. For all animals and enemies. Why they're not in the game is ludicrous.
