Upgraded to 1.21.4

Quite a few more people have joined and a few QoL mods have been added such as:
- PlayerList
- ProspectTogether
- PetAI & Fox Taming
- Signals
- Simple Bed Spawn (so you don't have to walk from spawn if you die and can travel further for more privacy)
- Vinconomy (Market & Shops)
- WildFarming (allow some non-propagating items to be propagated)

The server is online 24/7 and I added a fox & cat pet mod for those that enjoy the casual play of building a fun home.
