this would be really cool for a hardcore run but i would still want the ability to keep exact time and temperature. this would be best as a toggle in world creation like color map is.

not sure about chariots but i know there's equus and feverstone horses that both add horses to the game. https://mods.vintagestory.at/feverstonehorses https://mods.vintagestory.at/equus i personally prefer equus but both work on 1.21.5

I think more filter options in general would really help to find new recipes (especially with mods), maybe tabs for foods, weapons, furniture, and so on. think of terraria's journey mode inventory, sure you can look at everything at once, but you can also sort by specific item types.
