This isn't a commission (I would, but I lack the money), but a mod that could let you upgrade your hacked locust would be cool. I'm aware Upgradeable Locust exists but it's not quite what I desire from the concept and I'm also pretty sure it's outdated. I think it'd be much cooler to be able to use some kind of "locust upgrade kit" crafted with metal materials (like iron, steel, etc.) to turn your hacked bronze locust into a hacked black bronze locust, or perhaps a hacked meteoric iron locust.
Crafting these kits could probably require some metal parts, a falx blade of the corresponding metal type, and a soldering iron. Also, it'd create some visual diversity for hacked locusts if their bronze frame changed appearance with their material.
I know many (including myself) use the repairable locust mod, so something compatible with that would be really nice. If someone could make this mod I would be forever grateful!!
