My question isn't exactly mod-related, but maybe someone knowledgeable about it (preferably a developer) will see it here. I'm duplicating it here because I haven't received a response in the discussion thread after a few days. I think my thread will disappear and won't be noticed. I switched accounts and wanted to transfer minimap markers (or maybe even all the data) from one account to another on the server. I tried editing the save file with an SQLite editor and a hex editor, but it didn't work. The server overwrites the files I've modified with the old ones after launch.
