Solved my own problem when I was online alone, with gportal it looks like most of the host site options won't properly update, but if you op yourself and use the serverconfig commands it will properly update the setting after you reset the server

As stated, I have a gportal server and after having tried several different values for the uses on an anchor point, -1 for infinite, 9999 for more than probably usable, and even 100 for an extra test, each death will count down the return point starting from 20
