Oh, so it does matter! Thank you! (As you can guess, not en expert by any stretch - just stumbled upon this solution somewhere, so I know it worked but not all the why-s 😅 It said "sudo xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /filepath" but that got me an error and asked to specify one more value from the list > 'I suppose I'll try adding  -r' > it worked.)

-rc worked for me many times, including for the previous version of VS. So really no idea why I kept getting errors with it this time, but wanted to add this one to the list in case someone else might need it too.
