Friend cant join my server help

so i did the dedicated thing offered just on this site, and my friend wants to join and i cant figure out where to find my servers name or IP and i cant find the info anywhere PLEASE HELP i am not good at this kind of thing

pro tip: if you are not tech savvy, get you a friend that is! lol
