Link from mod manager back to mods VSModDB web page

I'm new to Vintage Story and I am loving it.  I have told all my gaming friends about it.  I just happened to run across a video that mentioned it and visited the website to get more information.  With that said.

I think it would be good to have a link from the in game mod manager back to the mods VSModDB web page.  I believe this information is in the modinfo.json so it should not be that difficult. But I'm sure you have plenty to do.
