Looking for ~Fresh(ish)!~ Server!

Hello! I've played a single player world for about 40 hours now and I think I have a good handle on the game, but there's so much I haven't done yet and I'm interested in playing on a relatively fresh server (close to vanilla i.e - Not too too many mods and nothing severely game altering). If anyone has heard of/seen a server like that, please let me know! The server browser for this game leaves a little bit to be desired.
