[Forum]Separate section for people to post their servers from a section where people can ask for servers to join

Right now it's all lumped together in "Multiplayer" category. Unfortunately this creates a mess with some people posting the servers they own, while other asking which server should they be joining. Would be nice to have separate categories for either case.
