Is there a way to download mods from a server to use on your own single player worlds?

I want to play waylavin’s modpack by myself

just copy the files from servers' mod folder to general mods folder.

the only problem I see is the server side vs client side mods. especially if the mod requires both server and client sides to have it - if the files of the mod are separate for client and server sides.

so in some case server side only mods will not be exposed to clients connecting to the server. thus you will not get this mod' files to the client.

Ok gotcha how do I get the server’s mod folder

somewhere in AppData\VintagestoryData. most probably in the server's folder under Mods folder
