Pearilous Posted March 23, 2025 Report Posted March 23, 2025 I think cellars should be able to be affected by glacier ice (and other forms of ice if you can get 'em) to make them colder, making food last even longer inside. This would be nice for during winter, where it can sometimes be better to keep your food outside the cellar, so that it could be just as good (if not better) to keep your food in a cooled cellar. 6
Dilan Rona Posted March 24, 2025 Report Posted March 24, 2025 Take a look at Medieval Expansion then. It has a cellar ice mechanic for cooling down cellars, and uses Glacier ice and lake ice to craft cellar ice. https://mods.vintagestory.at/medievalexpansionpatch As for obtaining lake ice, you can use https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/14853 or https://mods.vintagestory.at/harvestice
