Bread Timer

The ancient civilization with technological mastery probably has old clock machinery and mechanisms. Give me a timer I can set to 80 seconds and used repeatedly without having to fiddle with it. Or an ejector that just throws all the bread on the ground out of the oven.

It is a little curious that a cooking pot of gruel over a firepit never burns, but bread and pies char in minutes...

Honestly, it doesn't even need to have any advanced mechanics. Just the ability to make an alarm clock where you can set a timer would be amazing lol.
Bonus if we can change the alarm type, for different uses. Or use it to wake up at specific times.
