(1.20.9) HUD, Hotbar & Map Dissapearing Glitch

All interface keeps dissapearing when I move. Seems to only happen when near items I can interact with: Hostile mobs, Chests, Cooking Pots etc. Temporal portals also dissapear with the other entities.

Edit the file clientsettings.json, and change "selectedBlockOutline" from "true" to "false". 

I tried this and it worked for me.
