Is it possible to break story progression? (Minor Post Resonance Spoiler Inside)

Hello all!

I am setting up a new world with some friends, I wanted to make sure that one of the story locations properly generated (the village in particular) and it did. Having not progressed past Resonance Archive before, is it possible that generating this region and teleporting to it could have broken progression in any way? Outside of generating it and landing inside, I did not interact with anything. I know practically nothing outside of the existence of the village. Sorry if this is a silly question!

What region do you mean with "it"? The Resonance Archive? It's extremely unlike that you broke anything.

My apologies, by "it" I meant the Village. I haven't been to or received the map for The Resonance Archive yet. I figured it might be unlikely that I have broken anything, but I don't want to commit everyone to 100+ hours just to learn that progression or some critical element is broken in some way.

Don't apologise, my reading comprehension was abysmal in this case.

As far as I know, story locations are generated at world creation. I remember somebody sharing a funny screenshot of his spawn location, which was basically on top of the archive.
