Iv been playing a ton of VintageStory lately, game runs great most the time but i do notice stutters during certain parts and a random crash iv gotten only twice from opening and closing chests too fast. I only seem to get lag from temporal rift effects, and generating new chunks, disabling the rift effects in settings removes the lag. Im just curious if any other Linux users have thees issues or even fixes. Not sure if any other platforms get thees bugs on Windows or Mac, so im not 100% sure if its Linux related or just bugs waiting to get fixed. Even if thees issues dont get fixed im just glad there is a native support for linux i think its neat :D

Heres my PC specs if anyone is wondering, i saw some people having issues idk if it helps

OS: Kubuntu 24.10 (it uses some wayland with X11 bridge)

GPU: AMD 6800XT

CPU: AMD 7800X3D

RAM: 32GB

also here is a pic of a frog i found the other day, hes chill

Start with opening a terminal (while the game is running), and see how much free ram is left. Then if you have mods installed, check if you have any mods installed that make changes to storage. Or adds more storage options.

Other than that, I got no idea.
