Cosy homestead between two glaciers

My first big survival house! I’ve been tinkering with it for so long lol. Been loving this world soooo much (93 hours, but I take ages to get anything done). Found this amazing spot in a little valley between the basalt mountains. It has its drawbacks (50 wolves a day) but the views are worth it.

I’ve always loved building cute cottages in MC and I love it even more in VS. It really feels like you’re making a home rather than just another build.

I still have more work to do on the interior, gonna go cave diving for more delicious clutter.

I didn’t really try and follow any specific architectural style, I guess it’s closest to Tudor with the support beams over wattle and daub. I just experimented in creative a lot until it looked good lol.

Now time to get started on that windmill 🫩
