Phantom72 Posted August 3, 2025 Report Posted August 3, 2025 Eventually, I end up drinking a good bit of wine for that fruity flavor before going to bed. When I wake up, it's as if I didn't sleep at all! I don't mind the intoxication mechanic, I can quite easily deal with most tasks even when the screen is all over the place. I do, however, feel that a couple of hours of sleep should negate the intoxication effects. 8
Katherine K Posted August 3, 2025 Report Posted August 3, 2025 Yeah, there are things game fast-forwards correctly, and things it doesn't. Intoxication is in the latter category. Sleep should definitely reduce intoxication at least the same amount as equivalent number of hours would otherwise.
Never Jhonsen Posted August 3, 2025 Report Posted August 3, 2025 My guy should be waking up hungover, not still just as drunk as the night before 5
Faerador Posted September 22, 2025 Report Posted September 22, 2025 Big upvote. It's a bit ridiculous to sleep for 8 or 9 hours and wake up drunk. I feel this effect should disappear with at least 6 hours of sleep. 1
Gorrgren Shaw Posted September 24, 2025 Report Posted September 24, 2025 it would be nice for it to have an actual status effect. (like "soaking wet") after a higher level of consumption sleep and get the hung over effect. periodic low damage like hunger, maybe?
