How to make Share Worlds like how Grounded does it?

I want to make a shared world with a friend of mine to be able to play without having to make and turn on a server that I will only have access to nor have the world be only on my pc so that if he wants to play on the same world, he can do so without me.
Is there a way to do it like how Grounded does it?
