customizing the item/block indicator thing

would there be a possibility of there being a mod to move or even just resize it? would really like to be able to have it be a bit bigger so I can read it easier as I have visual issues.

You can make the wireframe block selection thicker or change its color.
Look into Settings -> Accessibility

Not the block outline, the text blurb at the otp of the screen that tells you what the thing you're looking at is

I have already increased the UI scale, which is way I made this post in the first place, that UI element is something I would specifically like to change the scale and or position of
