Did I mess up the timer on my skeps for the winter?

So I was trying to hurry and build my greenhouse before the temp dropped below 0c, but it hit -1 for like 5 minutes before I was able to transfer them. Once I got them into the greenhouse they weren't buzzing around, which I'm assuming indicates that they aren't swarming anymore? Do I now have to wait for winter to be over before they start populating the empty skeps?

No, just just hit a temporary reset when it dipped below zero.

Add LOTS of flowers around the skep, and then wait for the spawn time to hit again.

Depending on the climate where you are, the greenhouse buff may or may not be enough to carry you through winter. Lots to look forward to though when Spring comes!

Definitely NOT going to carry me through winter lol

I have flowers everywhere, on the top soil and under it too. I just need a little bit more beeswax before winter hits full swing. And they are doing their thing now, so I'm happy!

Thanks for the reply!

Transporting bees will also drop their population, and they only "swarm" when at a high population

I wasn't sure if the visual of them flying around was the "swarming" or not. They always still did that when I moved them and placed them back down. But I went on a mining trip and came back and they were back to what I thought they should be.

Thank you for the reply!
