beginner friendly servers?

just got the game and am learning it still and was wondering if there are any beginner friendly servers

Hi! you're welcome to join our server I'd be happy to help whenever you need help  server is NA hosted but we do have some mods for QOL and other things like butchering and furniture add ons.

Topgs balanced for people with lives. Very wholesome community and helpful for new players. Strong ecomony system that allows your to do what you want in the game. Ive played around 100 hours and still havent smith or smelted a single item but i do what i love prospecting and mining. I have a little store where i sell all my raw resouces and i can buy all my steel tools and food. 
Ive been working on a processing center for all the raw materials.

I was looking for the same, but so far most of the servers I've seen have mods (I prefer vanilla to start), or are several years in and well established (aka they have every vein mined and seed food collected within at least 5000 blocks of spawn)...

I've never played online but I have a question, I was to join a server like yours with A few QOL mods in place, I assume I have to have those downloaded? Is there like a mod pack offered from these servers? What happens if you don't have All of the mods that they use installed in your game? Thanks
