I took the time to build a simple console-based server manager for Vintage Story. Setup is straightforward: configure the Config.json file, then start the .exe. Right now, the manager can: back up your world when the server shuts down, such as when you use /stop or another program shuts the server down, check that there is enough disk space before creating a backup, check that the server was up long enough before allowing a backup, control how many backups are kept. At the moment, this is a simple console application. If there is a lot of interest, I will continue developing it further with things like: a GUI, support for hosting multiple servers under one window. For now, if you want to run multiple servers, you would install the manager in each server folder, set up the config file for that server’s paths, and run it separately. I’m sorry, but I can’t give this away for free. I currently have zero income and am pending disability, so I genuinely need the support. If people are interested, I’ll keep improving it. Topgs balanced for people with lives. Very wholesome community and helpful for new players. Strong ecomony system that allows your to do what you want in the game. Ive played around 100 hours and still havent smith or smelted a single item but i do what i love prospecting and mining. I have a little store where i sell all my raw resouces and i can buy all my steel tools and food. Ive been working on a processing center for all the raw materials.

Looks like the error is here 7/25/2025 4:06:43 PM: Critical error occurred in the following mod: rustboundmagic@2.5.7 System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. This could also mean there is a problem within the mod or some kind of corruption. Or maybe the area he his trying to spawn into has a somekind of bad block, item or something in the inventory. If he is the only person having the issue have him delete the mods by server folder. completely restart his game and try again.
