Trying to get my game key

I purchased the game through the website directly. I've checked both of emails, and the spam boxes. I received the payment confirmation email, but have not received the game key email from office@vintagestory. Is there any further recourse for me?

I don't think the game has a key like that, but .

What you want to do is click Client Area on this website, then downloads.

Yes, try logging in to that first at Client Downloads under https://account.vintagestory.at/

And if that fails, use the "Need Help?" link below on the same page to access Support. They're pretty good.

No key. Your account should be flagged, and you should see "Client Area" towards the top of the forums page. Just click that and you should get the download page. It will use the game account you created, not your forum account.
