If you're at all interested in what you find below, please reply with your discord info so I can get you a server invite! The Server is not yet up but has a planned release of Feb 7th or 14th depending on when the player count is filled Server now launches Feb 22nd whether the planned player count is hit or not. The rules are fairly light with a casual playthrough in mind. PvP is enabled, although RDMing is not allowed. A seed has already been selected with both Towns starting locations planned. New players are very welcome to join! Though this instance is limited run, there are plans to do events similar to this one in the future! Concept: The Northern Fort : Winter comes early here, though the consequences of this are lessened by having control of the port town to its south. This port town is situated on a thin section of land interrupting two oceans that would otherwise create an easy waterway between the two towns. The Fort themselves are focused on combat and mining to fund the armaments of their townies and reinforce their more militaristic way of living. They are also responsible for building up the trade hub (aka the port town). Additionally, this faction is the only one allowed to craft firearms. The Southern Lake : A more agrarian focused town, with their abundance of food helping fund their exploration of the wider world. The people here are encouraged to explore the ruins found within this world, although there is no restriction on the Northerners to also do so. This town is situated at a lake at the end of a river that feeds into one of the two oceans. They depend on the trade of the Northern Fort for most of their metal needs in exchange for the crops they can grow nearly year round. Additionally, this faction is the only one allowed to craft potions using Alchemy. Class Locks: Vintage Plus uses the GloomeClass mod with both Towns having certain classes locked to their faction. The Class Locks are as follows below: The Northern Fort : Blackguard, Oathkeeper, Smith, Mystic, Miner, Clockmaker The Southern Lake : Tailor, Alchemist, Lumberjack, Homesteader, Malefactor, Chef Any Faction Classes: Commoner, Artisan, Merchant, Hunter Modding: The mods included on the server are not extensive and largely vanilla plus. Future limited runs might change this, but for now we’re keeping things beginner friendly. We’re looking to provide a great environment for new players to get to learn the game alongside others. And to refer to the other kind of Modding, we already have a moderator team both on the discord and admins for the server to keep things organized to provide support whenever needed! Schedule: Sunday 10pm GMT - 8am GMT 4pm CST - 2am CST 9am AEDT - 7pm AEDT Tuesday 5pm GMT - 3am GMT 11am CST - 9pm CST 4am AEDT - 2pm AEDT Saturday 4pm GMT - 5am GMT 11am CST - 11pm CST 4am AEDT - 4pm AEDT No one is expected to play every session or make it there multiple days a week. MetallicFlames Posted February 15 Author Report Posted February 15 added an additional timeslot that better fits GMTs timezone, updated the the faction slots now that most of the undecideds have picked as well as made the start date a lot more clear. Still looking for players!

SureIsDusty Posted February 20 Report Posted February 20 Haven't played any multiplayer Vintage Story before, but this format has me interested. I've got a few questions first: How many weeks is the server planning on running? What's included in the mod list right now?

For the most part as long as there’s interest and once most projects people want to do are complete. I have the mod list on the discord, it’s mostly QoL and vanilla plus mods. GloomeClasses and BetterRuins are the only major gameplay altering mods, unless you count the addition of guns and crossbows.
