EtherealVan Posted February 3 Report Posted February 3 Now I don't know if my world is bugged or not. But the ground snow seems to just appear without any snowfall. Would be nice if they were tied. That's all I got.
Heegrim Posted February 12 Report Posted February 12 It is already tied to snowfall but I think there should be more snowflake particles to make it feel realistic. The current little light snow and fog effects do not feel like enough to actually stick to the ground. (maybe it would be too laggy, the devs are from Latvia so they definitely know what heavy snow looks like). The sandstorms in deserts sometimes feel choking and I think there should be similar blizzard conditions with almost no visibility in winter and polar regions.
