disabling sandstorms

i like living on the dessert, but sadly, sandstorms just blind you everytime, if i want to build a tower then i cant, because if i go up sandstorms are permanent, if im just chilling it results is sandstorming half of the time, there is some places where is just permanent

It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere.
