Kohichi Posted April 3 Report Posted April 3 What the title says. Cobblestone stairs, blocks, etc. when put in a crafting grid with a pickaxe outputs stones, with some durability taken from the pickaxe. 8
Emeal Posted April 3 Report Posted April 3 and you lose the binding clay material, sounds both realistic and fair. 2
PineReseen Posted April 4 Report Posted April 4 Doesn't sound like a bad idea. To add onto this, debarked and quartered logs should be able to be split into firewood like normal ones. Perhaps brick blocks should be able to be broken up into individual bricks too? On another note, maybe it should rather be done with a hammer and chisel like it is for making ashlar blocks from polished slabs? 4

I am okay with the firewood examples, however the brick blocks are a bit more questionable, I think the chisel makes it a bit more realistic, but if you were swinging at bricks with a pickaxe, my guess is most would break. 2
