Change the type of fat Traders buy from Raw to Rendered

Just came across a trader who is demanding 8 pieces of raw fat, which now spoils pretty fast. I believe this is unintended now that rendered fat exists, so my simple solution would be just changing what traders will buy to rendered fat.
