Break old clothes down into rags

Worn-out linen clothes should be able to be cut into Linen Rags using a knife or shears.  Then Linen Rags should be able to be used to make linen fiber pulp for paper making, the same way that bandages can be used for that. This was what a rag-picker's job was, historically.

(Also, Parchment and Paper should be different things.)

think it would be nice; if in addition there was more flexibility (with difficulty) in gaining new traits, skills and etc. unlocks.
