I'm going to assume that you're on Windows and the latest version of Vintage Story. Try backing up and deleting the file clientsettings.json. The process is mentioned here, for a different issue, but the steps would be the same: https://wiki.vintagestory.at/Troubleshooting_Guide#I_cannot_login_inside_the_game Otherwise, let us know more details, such as old working installation or new one, the O/S and version and anything else that may be relevant, such as whether other tabs work, if mods have been disabled and so on.
