Rather than creating an entirely new universe, we expand upon the game's existing setting, allowing players to immerse themselves in a world of forgotten civilizations, temporal storms, mysterious machines, and the ever-present struggle for survival. Players may take on the role of either a Human or a Seraph, each with their own place in the world's history, and with their own downsides and strengths. While Humans represent the remnants of those who survived the Cataclysm, Seraphs are mysterious beings whose origins remain deeply intertwined with the forgotten past. Life in this world is anything but easy. Resources are valuable, travel is dangerous, and survival often depends on cooperation. Settlements rise through the hard work of their inhabitants, trade routes connect distant communities, and every decision can shape the future of the region. Unlike many roleplay servers, our world is built almost entirely by its players. Found a village in the wilderness, establish a merchant house, govern a growing town, protect travelers as a guard, or wander the roads as a nomadic trader. Every settlement develops its own identity, economy, traditions, and stories through roleplay rather than just scripted events. One of our core goals is to encourage interaction between communities. Settlements specialize in different industries and resources, making trade and diplomacy meaningful parts of everyday gameplay. Alliances may flourish, rivalries may develop, and every caravan journey can become the beginning of a new story. Our community is also multilingual. While some of our players are German-speaking, English-speaking communities have already established themselves throughout the world. Players are encouraged to build their own cultures, traditions, and settlements, making encounters with foreign travelers feel like meeting people from distant lands. Different languages become part of the roleplay rather than a barrier to it, and knowledge of English is helpful, but never required. Roleplay on our server is intended to feel natural. You won't find yourself locked into long mandatory events every evening. Instead, stories emerge from everyday life: negotiating trade agreements, defending your home from danger, organizing expeditions into ancient ruins, surviving harsh winters, or simply sharing a meal around the village fire after a long day's work. Whether you're an experienced roleplayer or completely new to the genre, you'll find a welcoming community ready to help you get started.
