WiiSafetyManual Posted Sunday at 07:14 PM Report Posted Sunday at 07:14 PM The modding community for this game is really amazing, but I believe it's limited by the inability for players to make tailored modpacks. Because of how simple modding already is, I believe they wouldn't be too hard to add as a feature The way I see it working is as follows. You could place your mod files in a folder, along with an optional image file and text file for the pack image and description. This folder could be put in a new "modpacks" folder in the game folder. There would be a new tab in the mod manager, where modpacks would be listed. Upon selecting a modpack, it will bring you to a new "worlds" screen that is specific to that modpack for easier organization, like how profiles work in typical mod launchers. There would also be a new tab in Vintage Story Mod DB to browse public modpacks. 1
qualicabyss Posted Monday at 01:30 AM Report Posted Monday at 01:30 AM this would be great, but also reminds me, it would be nice if we could save active mods like in rimworld
